the 2009 Executive Meeting Minutes

To the membership;

The following meeting minutes are available for the membership to review. The minutes have not been approved by the executive board. As a business record of the events of the meeting the minutes should be free from personal opinion and bias. These minutes are not. The executive board has asked that the minutes be updated to be a proper business record but that request has not been followed.

In an effort to be 100% accurate and fair, I will upon request send an audio copy of the actual business meeting to any member requesting same at my own expense. Please feel free to request a copy from me by e-mail at robert.bennett@verizon.net. Please put the word minutes in the subject line.

I am confident that your executive board is acting in the best interest of the association.
